I want to thank all the folks at the Bernstein law firm that worked so hard at representing my brother. He was killed on his motorcycle by a distracted driver who blew through a stop sign. As my brother's personal representative I was in contact with many wonderful caring people at the firm. Thank you so much for getting justice and respect for my brother.

You can absolutely tell that no one in this law firm has had an ounce of tragedy to live with and that they have no idea what life, loss, and pain are. I've felt more suffering and pain in my pinky than their entire team could in a life time, and it shows. If I could give zero stars, I would. Their advertizing is so false. They make all of their commercials feel like you absolutely should go for their "family driven" concept, but it's all false. "Our policy is that if you had another attorney on retainer, we wont get involved." So you just let a woman who was killed, get zero justice for her pain, suffering, not to mention the mental abuse, stress, damage, and pain her family is suffering after the fact, because I signed paperwork with someone I AM NOT. WORKING. WITH., because they rejected the case? Appauling. And the secretary who works directly under Sam? Rude. Blatantly interrupts you. Has an absolutely arrogant and cynical tone in her voice when she talks to you, and is incredibly insinciere with her apologies. You can hear in her voice that "sorry" she ISN'T. Again, if I could give zero and negative stars, I would. Absolutely appauled.

Had a great experince with the law firm. They were extremely helpful and productive in sorting out my case. They truelly put the effort into making sure I recieved what I deserved.

I found that Sam Bernstein Law Firm handled my case with pristine professionalism from start to finish. Through the process day 1 I had a case worker (Donna) call me and worked with me on what information I needed to provide and answer any/all questions I had. As the months went by Mary and Maria would call (with their up beat personalities and kindness) which would make me feel as though they really cared. Brian Zain (my attorney) would call on occasion with updates of my case and give me guidance on what to expect on deposition day. I can't say enough good things about Sam Bernstein's Law Firm and associates. I would definitely give them a five Star rating
