I was very pleased with the professionalism and compassion from everyone at the Bernstein law firm. I was never left wondering what was going on with my case and, if I did have questions, they were promptly answered. I was also very impressed that many of the people working there have been there for a long time. That is a testament to how well the business is run and how well they treat their employees.

My husand was in a nursing home..fell into a glass window, broke his neck, knocked out his teeth...went down hill so fast after that. DEAD in 2 months
At first everyone was very helpful...three years later it finally was settled..Very low amount. I thought they took 1/3 , but after three years they took 1/2 with their expenses added.
I am very disappointed and living on a very small amount

After my brother was involved in a serious motorcycle accident, Sam Bernstein's team helped my family every step of the way. From helping us understand our rights, organizing care management, to getting us a settlement for pain and suffering. They have been extremely helpful during this whole ordeal and we would honestly have been completely lost without their help. I am very grateful to their kind and attentive team for guiding us through this hard time.

I feel like The Sam Bernstein Law Firm is really part of my extended family. Always there for me especially Laurie Fuller and Mike Battersby's. Would highly recommend them and the Firm to anyone in need of a lawyer. Laurie was always there for me on all levels personal and professional helping me though a very difficult time in my life.
