Too slow and uninspired to go forward

After our car accident I needed to focus on physical therapy for myself and my wife. I made a call to the Sam Bernstein Law Firm and Lisa and Alex took care of everything from there. My questions along the way were answered immediately and I really felt like I had a legal giant to help me get back to normal, and a settlement that will really help.

Working with a personal injury lawyer was not something I ever wanted to do. But after the accidental death of my child, we needed help exacting justice. From the first phone call to Beth Bernstein, we were treated with the utmost respect, sensitivity, and care. Every person I spoke with was empathetic and patient. David Elkin was put in charge of the case, and it was like working with an old friend. David was available anytime we had questions, and he made sure we understood the process. He didn't quit until we had a fair and just resolution. I hope never to need services like this again, but I would not hesitate to Call Sam if I did!

This amazing firm helped me navigate the most terrifyingly difficult moment of my life as a mother. My experience with The Sam Bernstein Law Firm was nothing less than great. I started working with Paige and then Justin took over and helped me. The entire team around them was awesome as well. This law firm is amazing and all of their different departments are very diligent with maintaining communication, making you feel heard and properly represented as a client, and they are an amazing asset to anybody that needs a voice when you’re at a low point after an accident, not knowing what to do. I will always refer people to them, and, hopefully don’t have to use them again in the future, but would in a heartbeat if the need ever arose! I’d give ten stars if I could!
