I just want to thank Sam Bernstein and his staff especially Pat Gulan who went far beyond what I could’ve ever expected in helping me with everything and I mean everything. Sam Bernstein blew me away with on each step of my case as a matter of fact he would call me at 7:00 AM greeting me with warm positive encouraging me that I was not put on the side lines of his day, Nope he was on top of everything from sun up -to- sun down making sure that I was more than just another client. He wrapped me in his office and at home all the positive care. I truly felt like family. Like that one uncle all the kids could go to in our family. He makes it very clear that he cannot promise anything but his hard honest work to get the very best for me and my family. No, no, no did I ever feel that it was all an act in order to impress me so I would go out and spread his name. He was straight forward with no “ pixi dust from neverland” He simply wanted me to know he had no magic tricks just good old fashion honesty and hard work. THANK YOU SAM!!!! Totally professional, walked with us through the whole process. Medical Case Manager was a total God-send. When I was a wreck and couldn't think, she was totally on it! She knows all the Doctors and steered us away from the not-so-great ones. She also was there (albeit on speaker phone at the beginning due to the pandemic) for all the medical appointments and asked questions we didn't even know to ask, and advocated for us as well. We totally recommend Sam and crew. We have a lawyer in the family who specializes in the same thing but went with Sam. VERY good decision!
