I have nothing but good things to say about this law firm. Morgan & Lea served me well by staying in constant communication regarding my case . They always exemplified professionalism accompanied with kindness in answering any questions or concerns. I highly recommend using Sam Bernstein Law firm… however.. I DO wish they would find someone else besides Darren McCarty to be their spokesperson 🙄

I have never in my entire life had a business/company actually truly CARE about getting me justice.. in fact ive never had ANYBODY care about me the way they did. . Me contacting this firm was straight intuition. Never 2nd guessed a thing and im sure glad I didn't. They were very accommodating to any questions, &concerns I had . They made me know/feel like I was important and that justice was going to be served, they did that PLUS SOME! Never had any questions in my head because they did so good about keeping me in the loop and making sure I understood everything perfectly. If I were you, and I was looking to get justice on some kind of way. Please stop what your doing and don't even read any other reviews on any other company's. You already found the best! The Sam Burnstein law firm did an outstanding job for us! Ours wasn't a large auto accident settlement case, but you would never know it by the way that we were treated. Top notch all the way! The lawyer and support staff took care of everything from start through finish, even regularly checking on us to make sure that we were okay. We live in northern MI, but are so grateful that we decided to go out of our area and with the Bernstein law firm. The distance was not an issue at all. Highly recommend. Everyone at the firm is fantastic!

Wonderful experience working with the Sam Bernstein law firm. This was my first time ever going through something like this and everyone I worked with were absolutely amazing and made the whole process less stressful. I really appreciated that my Attorney took the time to come to my own home and talk face to face with me, it just made it feel much more personal. They were very quick to take my case. They compiled everything very fast. They checked in with me fairly frequently. My case started during covid so the system was slow moving which I understood meant this would take some time. The only issue I had was my case being assigned to someone who had left the firm and that was not communicated very well to me at first. I was also not for sure who I should contact if I needed to reach out independently for information. However, they did reach out to me often enough that I would be able to just wait for them to call me with an update on my case to speak with them about whatever I needed to. Which was nice. The entire process was very easy on my end and stress free. They were very compassionate. They were offered a low settlement at first and fought to get me more because they knew I deserved more. It was amazing to know they fought for me like that. They even followed up after my case to see how my experience was.

This law office helped with a lawsuit that my father had. Before the settlement was completed he passed away. Bernstein law help my sister & I on what steps were needed next friendly & empathetic through this process thanks for the help!!! Your service was greatly appreciated
