I applied online and I got sent to their associate office which was sommer swartz from The Bernstein Law Firm and I can honestly say that if this is the company they keep an endorse then they aren't as good as they used to be. They get a 1 star for recommending to that practice. As horrible as sommer swartz is then Sam Bernstein should prove to be no better so I don't even think I'm going to waste my time Sam Bernstein already wasted enough of it by sending me there

I've never been so impressed like I've been with Sam Bernstein Law office. My husband and I were in 2 auto accidents in the last 3 years, and I wish they represented us with the first accident. We decided to reach out to them the 2nd time and I thank God we did. When my husband was not able to come to the office they came to him. From start to finish they were on point. We highly recommend Sam Berstein to take care of you if you're suffering from a auto injury.

Losing my husband was the worst thing that has ever happened to me. During this awful, life changing process, the Sam Bernstein staff, was kind, patient professional and caring. Paul Davis was especially amazing and genuine, he checked on me not just while I was in the trial process that took almost a year, but during and after and even when it was over Paul emailed me to see how I was doing. I am eternally greatful for his patience and understanding while I was grieving and all they did for me and my family.
