You just have to know that it is a long process. They really do a good job of preparing you for your case.

Very friendly staff from beginning to end. They would keep you informed through the whole process and answer any questions; I never felt left out or pushed into any decision. They really are there to help. They have great communication skills I could send a message anytime of day (I work thirds) they would get back the next day any appointments they took my work schedule into consideration and worked with it.

This law firm is great, they do everything they can to fight for their clients. My personal experience with Elizabeth Klein was great as soon as she was assigned my case she worked hard for me. Also Miranda kept me informed of what was going on and the rest of the staff did not miss a beat. I was called routinely throughout my case the staff checking on me to see how I was recovering.
