After breaking an ankle at a local restaurant due to a cracked and uneven walkway, the decision to hire The Sam Bernstein Law Firm was made. They provide excellent service

The lawyers and staff at the Sam Bernstein firm went far and beyond to make me feel not only my case was important but they made me feel like I was important as well. They constantly called me or sent me cards and little gifts just to let me know they cared about my situations in my life that I was dealing with on top of being attacked by a dog. I struggle with Chronic Heart Failure and was a victim of a crime during my case, which was horrific and led me to having to spend sometime in the hospital. Not only did my lawyer listen to my story about what happened, she and other staff members called me numerous times just to see how I was doing. That was VERY touching and made me cry. They did not have to do that at all. It was not case related what so ever, but they truly cared. That alone is priceless. You rarely get that compassion from people you know much less from a law firm. Anytime you are dealing with attorneys, or lawsuits it can be so nerve racking ESPECIALLY when you have not a clue how the process works. Cara and the team at Sam Bernstein Law office made this entire process SO easy. All of my questions were taken so seriously no matter how “small” they seemed to me, I was assured to always always reach out for an answer. Even when there was no new information I was kept informed and somebody reached out to me even if it was to just tell me nothing yet!
