My lawsuit was a two year experience. the Sam Bernstein lawfirm made the entire experience painless, easy to understand, and realistic. They helped see me through some dark times, helped me understand the steps of the process from initial contact, to being assigned a lawyer, all the way through moving into a formal lawsuit. They helped with understanding the process of an insurance company pocketed "Doctor" trying to discredit my injuries and kept me grounded with a realistic and caring point of view. 110 percent recommend. My suit was settled, I wasn't denied the justice that I needed after being run over by a careless driver. They sent me a card on my birthday even and continued to send letters to check on me even when the process was in a place of waiting for different ends to connect. I had the peace of mind knowing that after I had of course done my part with paperwork, going to appointments, the expected, that I was indeed in good hands. That my best interest was being looked after and I wasn't being fed false hope or lies. They didn't even mention collecting a single -penny- until I had literally seen the paperwork for the settlement check coming my way. I was given an itemized list of what I paid for, everything made sense. I don't usually write mini-novels for reviews but after losing my path to becoming a Doctor myself. Losing the ability to enjoy my life's passions and hobbies and being subjected to god-awful pain every single day at only 33 it was a genuine god-send to be able to work with a firm that genuinely cares. If you're on the fence, stop. Call them, let them do their thing and you'll be happier and better off in life for it. They took what was in my eyes a catastrophic ending to the majority of joy in my life and softened it's jagged edges.

today is 4/14/24, i remember my sad accident on 4/14/22! i was at hospital with broken shoulder and knee i was in pain inside mor than my body because the accident damaged my life.. i was confused how i can return to my life after that and my sisters make’s call to the lawyer office they handle the situation in highly professional manner they get my trust and more than that they walked me through all the details, paperwork and advice to handle the situation . all that was for free with positive communication based on facts to let’s me gets my rights and win my case with insurance company! i can’t imagine what i can do with out my lawyer office, im so thankful and blessed for rest of my life.. and one more thing ✌🏼 i received yesterday great amount of money to cover the damages is good feeling to today as i started my life again with confidence as i get what i deserve..
