Silver Tax Group and all of its employees are the best in their businesses. The attorneys are extremely helpful and knowledgeable when dealing with the IRS and other government agencies. Korey and Dan are both extremely friendly and easy to work with whenever I need questions answered. I contacted this firm for my IRS issues, they took payment from my accounts right way but no one will even return my calls. when I finally got someone on the line months later they told me the layer is very busy that was the reason why he hasn't been able to work on my case. 6 months later and I still haven't hard from them. My question is if you are too busy, why do you take my case and my money? I am writing this review because usually I read reviews before I do business with anybody. When I read the few previous reviews, they were good but that was not my experience. They still haven't done anything about my case and they said they can not refund my money either. If you are having IRS Issues call them yourself and set up a payment plan. These so called Lawyers will just take your money and will not do anything about your problem.

Dan Russell is very knowledgable in all things taxes. He helped get me a clear, concise resolution on my injured spouse claim as well as help me understand why when I sent an amendment to the same place that I did my injured spouse that the amendment wasn't processed at the same time. Highly recommend him to anyone needing a resolution on a tax issue.

I had a very inconvenient situation with the IRS lately and I truly had no where to turn to. I look around in the internet, never had to deal with the IRS before, and Silver Tax was the first group that called me back. They had decent reviews on google, but after talking with Korey I knew that they were the group to turn to. Then after everything that was already happening got even work the Covid-19 situation happened and the world shut down. With no fault of Silver Tax there was no one that we could even turn to to try and get my money back. With time not on my side and my paycheck not coming, Korey, Leslie, and even Mr. Silver were always in contact with me to let me know what they were working on. In the end every thing was favorable, but without the confidence that I had in the team at Silver Tax group I dont know how long my sanity could have last. I will refer them anyone that I know that is in the same situation as I honestly feel like I was part of the family. Hopefully I never have to go through any IRS situations again, but if I do I know where I will turn. I’ve tried a few different tax preparers before but will definitely only be using this group of tax attorneys from now on. With multiple sources of income, I have very complicated taxes, but this group made things simple for me, charged a fair price, and made sure I got the max deductions- even things I never thought of!

STG got my tax debt down to a very acceptable payment. IRS wanted close to 600 a month and STG negotiated my account down to well under 300 dollars. STG has made my life much better by dealing with the IRS and making sure that it didnt ruin my life, as we know the IRS can and will. I have been so frustrated with the lack of help with an audit that was established 3 years ago . I was convinced that the irs works with intimidation to solve audits! I was told my case was new enough to be resolved! After paying over $20,000 + I didn’t hear from them in 2 years. None of my phone messages were returned during that time! When I received paperwork from the IRS they didn’t even have them on record as representing me. I had to send the documents to them. By that time there was nothing left to settle except to accept the inflated taxes and double for interest! Don’t waste your time or money I want a refund!!!!

I got a demand letter from the IRS for almost $125,000 because an H&R Block employee forgot to fill in ONE LINE on the Schedule D which in my case was related to the sell of a home. I had already sent the IRS the documentation proving that I was well within the allowed guidelines for capitol gains on a home and owed nothing-but they ignored it! Attorney Silver contacted the IRS and told them I owed nothing, he had all the documentation and he was going to win this case. Immediately I received an IRS letter saying the documentation I had sent them was sufficient and the investigation was closed!! Amount owed $00.00!!
