Jan and his team were very helpful to me in my lawsuit. They walked me through all of the steps and what was required of me while being very upfront about the costs and what they felt they could honestly provide. When the first offer of settlement came in, Jan did not pressure me into taking it. He asked me what I felt comfortable with and we went back to the table "together."
