Unresponsive and inefficient communication
“It been over one year and well past the tax filing deadline but still have not recieved anything after paying. Does not respond to emails or give updates on when he'll do anything for clients.”

Lack of follow-through and accountability
“Tragedy struck my sister in law about a year and a half ago. After the claim was settled it seemed mr Kelly did not do the following up a lawyer should do, things where misappropriated left out and disregarded on her personal property that left out thousands of dollars of things that should have been recovered.”
