When suddenly I was faced with an order to make an appearance in court for something that I didn't realize would deliver such hard consequences with possible jail time, I reached out and I was referred to Mr. Cassar. I was told initially that I shouldn't have anything to worry about. This misdemeanor charge though kept me from peace as it blindsided me so. Through it all his confidence never waned and he was able to make last minute actions to settle everything with only one trip to court. I am truly grateful that he was able to seize control of my ship's rutter to navigate me away from the storm and restore order.

My life was turned completely upside-down when I was blindsided by significant criminal charges. Ray and the other members of his team were able to give me my life back when it seemed impossible. When the officers who arrested you tell you that you have a great lawyer who will take care of you, that speaks volumes. He gave me an outcome that was so favorable I am still astounded to this day!

Mr. Ray Cassar represented our son for a first offense. He was able to get the charges against our son reduced and we were very pleased with the outcome. Samuel Bennett, at The Law Offices of Raymond A. Cassar, is by far the best lawyer I have ever met. He is genuine and compassionate. He is truly a rare find in the profession. I highly recommend him. I was on probation in Oakland County (the strictest county in Michigan) for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) and within a few months I was arrested for Disorderly Intoxication. I had violated my probation previous to that arrest by lying to the judge about driving when I was not supposed to and I spent 5 days in the Oakland County Jail (Sam was NOT my lawyer at the time) because of some bad advice from a different lawyer. I was seriously looking at 90 days in jail for the probation violation and 30 days would have been a gift. Sam began giving me good advice on the phone before I had even hired him. He approached my case in a caring and compassionate way and he was much more helpful than every other lawyer I had talked to. He sincerely cared about helping me turn my life around and helping me with my sobriety from the beginning. At my probation violation hearing, because of how well Sam had prepared me and because of how well Sam represented my case, I did not get ANY jail time. I was ordered to continue with the group therapy program Sam had advised me to go into and to continue going to AA. That was it! No extension on my probation! Nothing else! I could not believe it! The result of the hearing has helped me to maintain my sobriety and helped me to begin to turn my life around for the better.
