I left a review on Google the day that this happened but I seen the Mr.Weiner was also on this page too so I felt like that same review should also be left here. I'm not a client but I called to get some information about an issue I was having and potentially become a client but instead he literally got loud with me on the phone and talked to me like I was a child! I was shocked!!! Then proceeds to tell me, in a rude aggressive tone, that he costs too much to be dealing with something like that. I really don't know why he had to be so mean. After I got off the phone with him, I talked to another attorney who was willing to give me good advice without sounding judgmental and rude. If you're looking for someone to actually help you, he's not the one. I feel bad for anyone who actually decides to work with him.

Call the office to ask a question spoke to Mr. Weiner. He was very rude and condescending. Definitely would not recommend using him for any attorney needs.

An extremely knowledgeable attorney in the area of construction law, etc. He has patience and firm with his explanations. He cares and has your best interest at heart. He will not leave you hanging but will respone to your correspondence in a timely fashion. I feel as though, he is the best.

I had a question, not sure whom to ask, and I asked mr. Weiner. He sent me a straightforward reply within a day. He told me the way it is and that's the way I like it.

I called Mr Weiner at the end of the day & he took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and raise points that I had not thought of, to cover my assets. He was considerate and I did not feel rushed during his consultation.

Mr. Weiner is a down to earth Attorney who explains things very clearly. I Trust him.

Jim first and foremost is a very smart individual. He approaches our legal issues/questions with a nice balanced conservative but aggressive approach. He takes the time to understand all aspects of you as a client and the issues/questions at hand.

Jim was my attorney a few years ago and literally pulled off the impossible. I had a very unusual case and in normal circumstances would have never won. With enough brainstorming we figured it out, he made witty points that most people wouldn't even think and shattered bogus evidence from the opposing side. Additionally, Jim is also a very caring person. He was always available to discuss the case anytime and never made me feel like this was just another business transaction. I recommend Jim whenever I get the chance. He's a great attorney and a great person (which is not something you can say about all attorneys). He's very dedicated to the outcome of his client's cases because he does care about his clients.

Jim has been the main legal counsel for the Southeast Michigan Land Conservancy for many years. In that role he has helped SMLC with drafting of conservation easements, reviewing due diligence items related to land and easement acquisitions, and leading/assisting project negotiations and agreements. Jim's help has been invaluable in enabling the protection of local natural areas and open space for wildlife habitat and public enjoyment.

James Weiner is an excellent attorney with broad experience, legal knowledge and guidance. I've known him for several years and he's become my go to counsellor personally and for my clients.
