Mark did a great job assisted in getting my licensee back after 2 Dui many years go, i tried to do it my self it only delayed me a year from trying again. i would of never got this done the right way and when my time is to get a licensee that has no restrictions I will not hesitate to reach out to him for his representation. this man get ten stars on a 5 star rating from me. if you happen to see the Marc thank you so much.

Mission impossibleI. was without a drivers license for 15 years got refused many times had five drunk driving’s Mark was very gracious for excepting my case because he has never lost a license appeal case before. I’ve gotten to know Mark and I realize why he took my case. It’s because it was a challenge. Marc loves a challenge. And he’s very detail orientated. If you don’t hold up to his standard he will most likely dump you. But if you’re serious about getting your drivers license back this is the guy. Other lawyers told me that they could not guarantee because of my history. Now this is all in the past and I have my license and I have my life back. After having my license revoked in 2016 and 5 years without a drivers license, Mark was able to get me a full clearance to get my license restored! The process took about 3 months but by the time I had my hearing date mark made sure I was fully prepared and there were no loose ends or surprises during my hearing. I retained Mr. Leblanc around May 2021. I had received a denial letter from Secretary of State Hearing Dept regarding driving with a revoked- restricted Driver License with interlock device-alcohol. My 3rd OWI offense 2017. The odds weren’t in my favor, however Mark assured me that there may be a possibility that the Circuit Court Judge may deny me. So I insisted that I had a chance to at least try! Soooo, 6 months later, early October 2021, $2k+ I was approved by the Michigan Attorney General for another Restricted Driver License with interlock system for 1 year. I know have a interlock system installed, and my official picture Driver License Received today and I’m very happy and most importantly thankful for the assistance from my Lawyer Mr. Leblanc! Attorney Lablanc will tell you upfront of how your case may go! He is acknowledgeable of the court system. Retainer fee was worth every penny.
