I contacted Jay on my girlfriend's recommendation. She's known him for years and been aware of his work so she was fairly certain he'd be helpful. Given very few details he was able to ascertain exactly what had happened to me, gave me a realistic idea of what I was facing in court, and gave me advice on handling my arraignment that did exactly what he said it would do. He was able to get both charges reduced by a penalty point apiece, and was helpful, professional, courteous and respectful throughout. I honestly don't know if I would have done as well with an attorney I used in a previous matter, and he was competitively priced.

I hit a guy! Granted minor accident no injuries and both cars drove away, but it was my fault and I had a blood test level of .165... so big trouble . At the end of the day I did what Jay told me to do and when he told me to do it and I walked away with a $468.00 fine thats it .
