I was charged in a felony information with Resisting and Obstructing Police Officer (Felony). I was also given notice that the prosecutor intended to increase the maximum punishment to up to 15 years in prison because i had been convicted of at least 4 prior felonies! Jeff was able to get the charges reduced to attempt Resist and obstructing Police officer(Misdemeanor)with very Minimal Court Fines, fees and costs! I couldn't have asked for a better outcome!
