Lack of communication and unreliable attendance
“Jeff was AT LEAST 15 minutes late to all 3 of the preliminary hearings and to top it all off HE NEVER SHOWED for the sentencing date. We called him after he wasn't there on time AGAIN and he sent my husband straight to voice mail and text him saying he wouldn't be able to make it but he was sending someone else. Jeff never felt the need to notify us before hand explaining what was going on.”

“What a joke, he didn't even do any work and still charged $250/HR for 2 hours when he literally talked to my be for 15 min”
