Lack of communication and responsiveness
“After our first meeting with Jeff we felt great and very confident with him but were we definitely wrong! To start, we had repeatedly asked for the police report since the first meeting, we attended our preliminary hearing and we still hadn't received it.”

Unreliable in attending court hearings
“Jeff was AT LEAST 15 minutes late to all 3 of the preliminary hearings and to top it all off HE NEVER SHOWED for the sentencing date.”
