Lack of responsiveness and missed appointments
“To start, we had repeatedly asked for the police report since the first meeting, we attended our preliminary hearing and we still hadn't received it. We attended the second hearing and still no police report Then, finally after our 3rd hearing received it in the mail. Also, Jeff was AT LEAST 15 minutes late to all 3 of the preliminary hearings and to top it all off HE NEVER SHOWED for the sentencing date.”
