Poor communication and responsiveness
“We paid the money right away which maybe that was where we went wrong because then it sure seemed like Jeff stopped working for us. [...] Jeff was AT LEAST 15 minutes late to all 3 of the preliminary hearings and to top it all off HE NEVER SHOWED for the sentencing date.”
