Inconsistent attendance and communication
“Jeff was AT LEAST 15 minutes late to all 3 of the preliminary hearings and to top it all off HE NEVER SHOWED for the sentencing date. We called him after he wasn't there on time AGAIN and he sent my husband straight to voice mail and text him saying he wouldn't be able to make it but he was sending someone else.”
