My experience with attorneys has been mixed. At times, they are not responsive and I get the feeling my situation is not very important to them. That was not the case with Mr. Norwood. He was extremely responsive, professional and helped us through our situation. He kept us informed every step of the way and I felt he was very much on top of our case.
