Horrible experience with Craig Federlein. I went over details with him in the initial consult of my property situation and what my desired outcome was.
I provided him a retainer to investigate the details for me. He later emails me sounding like he did not at all understand what my desire was with the property. I explained that this concerned me. He much later called me and was frankly quite rude. No customer should be treated this way by any organization.

After I lost my mom I was depressed and needed them to do what they are known to do but that did not happen. I ended up hiring another attorney and I er a year later have not received my refund from the probate money given to them on my behalf. I can handle many things but due to my grief turning into depression this was a bad time for them to not do their job as expected

HORRIBLE experience with Craig Flegal, so bad I actually considered calling the board on him. He is the most condescending attorney I've ever encountered. Stay away from this law firm!! He makes you feel like you are wasting his time and he'd rather be clipping his toe nails. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!
