Absolutely had an amazing experience with Molly, Ryan and everyone else in the office. Very responsive, attention to detail and very thorough. Not an easy situation to work through, but they made it easy. Highly recommend!

Nothing but good things to say about Ryan and associates. I was very late in retaining counsel, flying blindly through the process. Ryan took on my case, thoroughly explained everything to me including my rights as a father, and what to expect. Within the first day, I had a proprosed settlement offer that was exactly what I was seeking. I was promptly contacted and kept informed with proceedings every step of the way. Strongly recommend Gerkin & Decker if you are facing divorce.

Worst attorney's I've ever seen, hired them because their part of ADAM and I didn't want to lose everything in my divorce. Wound up losing everything plus paying 3 years alimony and being stuck with $22,500 worth of debt for a truck my ex-wife took. Not to mention the fee I was charged was over double what I was originally told. All because Ryan didn't want to go in front of the judge I had so he sent a newbie that just wanted to be best friends with my ex-wife's attorney. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone, they should be ashamed to be part of ADAM!

This firm helped me through both my divorce and custody battle. Very, very knowledgeable with the relevant issues. The cost... well, you know lawyers... lol. But, the advice and direction that I was given was spot on. Molly and Ryan are great resources. I was completely satisfied with the results of their representation. And even though it wasn't in my budget, it was well worth the peace of mind having justice served.

I would not recommend using this law firm for a custody case. I don’t believe they provided adequate representation or advice.

Great team working at Gerkin & Decker. Ryan sat down with me when I showed up unannounced, I laid out what I was looking at being as transparent as possible, explaining my sudden dire situation of possibly losing my kid. We built a strategy and his team with Molly and Tyler have been with me every step of the way providing much needed legal insight and multiple solutions to various problems I was facing. I'm not a lawyer nor have I ever been involved in the legalities of court to which their entire team provided necessary insight providing explanations and answers to my various questions. They worked diligently to ensure I understood what I was looking at, as well as realistic expectations. Overall I'm happy with their performance of remaining steadfast on my case.

Worst lawyer I've ever been involved with. Ryan Decker got my hopes up, took my money, then talked me into paying for my ex-wife's lawyer as well as his fees. As soon as I agreed to this set up Ryan and her lawyer became best friends and what I thought was going to be a one time payment (admittedly the fault of my own ignorance) was now set in stone for the rest of the trial. Every billable hour on both sides was now my responsibility. They kept pushing things off for a year while racking up the fees. After I finally ran out of money he suddenly advised that I settle and give her the custody she wanted. Now my son lives a staggering 21 hour drive away from me and I get to see him on Christmas, spring break and summer. Don't waste your money. Hiring Ryan was without question, the worst decision of my life! Don't make the same mistake I did please.

Couldn't even get the courts to have ex wife move back to state terrible at what they do Ryan is the lawyer I had my consolation with then after I paid him a retainer I was magically switched to a different lawyer in there lawfirm I wish I would of had the consultation with the lawyer I would be working with I thought Ryan was going to be my lawyer and he sold it that's all he did then pushed me to a lawyer I had never talked to and I got 11 nights a month with my son even after my ex moved states with him I would have been better off talking in court on my own behalf oh and they charge you for an email that's not even a paragraph long 250 an hour for nothing I would not recommend they charge so much and in return you get less than 35% custody what they did was unethical didn't fight for me in the court hearings at all and when I would voice my concerns I would be reassured that there is another court hearing they string you along to milk you more

Ryan kept me informed and prepared throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend.
