Very disappointing. Hard to get ahold of, met with them one time after obtaining Al as an attorney. The entire case Erica was representing us. My wife and I gave evidence, witnesses and other information that would be useful in our case and she did not call any of it. We were advised that they were confident that this would be an open and shut case. The other attorney had numerous witnesses and Erica I believe did not ask the questions that could have been asked and was very passive. We are utterly disappointed and would never recommend this set of lawyers. Erica stated she would call me the day before the court date to go over everything and nothing. She took more notes and discussion the half hour before our hearing then she had during the whole case. The one time we met in the office, we were interrupted by her cell phone numerous times and were rushed to get out of the office. She also did not discuss with the judge during our hearing that the opposing side had a family member leave the court room after our testimony and was talking to their witnesses. It’s very disappointing that we now have to deal with the outcome of their actions. Although they collected the money they charged and did minimal work.
