Back in 2018 I was hit with a very unreasonable probation violation. Scott was my court appointed council. Which I assumed meant probably get ready to go away for 90 days. Scott had me to his office before we went in front of the judge, listened to my story. asked questions and seemed very much dedicated to hearing what I was saying. For somebody who's getting paid little to nothing as a court appointed council this absolutely blew me away. When we went in front of the judge, anytime the probation office had made a comment rather than just letting it go he was right there fighting my case. The probation violation was dismissed and I was done with probation two months later. He absolutely blew me away as an attorney and as far as being court-appointed my jaw was on the floor. I cannot say enough good stuff about Scott. Thank you very much for all of your help and treating me like a human being in the process.

Very unprofessional. He doesn’t take time to go over your case, he will not return any of your phone calls because in his words it is “irrelevant” to do so.

Unprofessional Don’t call you back Comes to court unprepared and late

This was the most unprofessional case I have ever been in. Scott was late to the trial and told us it was irrelevant to answer any of his defendants calls. He knew absolutely NOTHING about this case he didn’t even know his defendants last name. He was very unprepared and clearly had not gone over the case before hand . He read his opening statement word for word off of his script and didn’t even know what the next page was going to say. He pressured his defendant into taking a plea on a crime he didnt do because he was done for the day and wanted the trial to end. Very unsatisfied with this case!

Andy was absolutely amazing in helping me out with a very difficult situation. He was very caring, professional, and did an amazing job, I cannot thank him enough!!!

Scott handled a case for my son and he did a fantastic job. For it being a drinking related incident the sentencing was mild in my opinion. Several people I know who have gotten DUI'S said their sentencing was by far much more severe for the same type of case. Also, they paid much more then we did. Great job Scott. I will always refer you..
