I talked to the Judge TODAY… and she stated I should’ve been “noticed” about the court hearing way before Noon! & he did not call me until noon afterwards. The court documents my ex husband sent me; was NOT SIGNED BY THE JUDGE & She told me she did that because she knew I would’ve been there if I was noticed! He unprofessionally went to my child’s school as a threat to them & let my ex husband take them from me! I am now able to sue my ex husband, Mr O’Connor, the school and anyone involved according to the Judge!!! I have proof and all , heading to Westland police station to show them this FALSE paperwork to get my kids TODAY! Nice try and good luck on being sued cause the judge wanting me to sue you, is the one where the hearing was at and I have proof of it all because my ex husband is such an addict & drunk, he didn’t notice it wasn’t issued by the judge at all & he rightfully cannot go to the school to intimidate them with my ex husband.

Horrible experience! After meeting with him in his office, Shawn said the documentation would be done in a week and so. Three weeks later, we called him about it and he said it would be ready in a few days and he would call, but no response. Surely we have to call again and leave a message, he won't answer a call. We will find another lawyer.
