Paul and Kelly are the dream team. Their whole staff is wonderful. I had a highly contested custody hearing that had been going on for about 2 years at the time I retained Paul and Kelly. I had two previous attorneys and was so nervous about changing attorneys yet again. I am so thankful I did! I knew things weren’t being handled properly with the previous attorneys, and Paul and Kelly made the transition so easy! They immediately began reviewing the court transcripts etc. When I went in for my consult Paul knew both my kids names and their ages, something my previous attorney couldn’t get straight for 2 years. Paul and Kelly are caring, kind, and give it to you straight. They don’t sugar coat things so you know what to expect. If ever I need an attorney again (let’s hope not-lol) I will absolutely be calling them again!

I retained this attorney and paid him 3000$ in a custody case. After settling with the other party on our own and no longer needing this attorney, as well as canceling the court date. I then received a bill from Paul Scott for another $2500 after no longer needing his service. Would never recommend this attorney to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about Paul, Kelly and the entire staff. Extremely responsive both with responding to emails and getting things filed. Very compassionate people that fight as hard as they can for you. I had a highly contested custody case that had lingered over 3 years. Paul and Kelly executed a plan and I was awarded full sole and legal custody as a father. Couldn’t be happier and I’d recommend them to anyone!

Paul, Kelly, and their team were great! They always responded promptly to my emails and never left my needs unattended. Paul Scott and Associates is an amazing Law firm. Through All my ups and downs Kelly and Paul helped me when my Divorce case. Kelly fought for not just me but for my daughter. I would recommend this form for anyone in child custody/ divorce cases. I have been in and out of court for years with my ex. Decided to go with this firm and Kelly was my lead counsel. She was amazing. Compassionate and cared about me in my situation. She is in family law for a personal passion and purpose. I've never felt so heard by an attorney. She really seemed to "own" my case on a deeper level than just business. She actually cared.
