A year ago my mother-in-law passed away and we had difficulty with providing proper documentation to the life insurance companies which was prepared by an attorney no longer practicing. Although, not in his field of practice, Mr. Day took the time to help us get the correct paperwork filed to expedite the process. He did not charge for his time. I have not had the misfortune to need Mr. Day's personal injury expertise but have worked with individuals whom he has helped. He is not only knowledgeable of the law but is personable, caring and has the biggest heart I know. His skills as a mediator has resolved many cases without going to court. Mr. Day is a friend and champion to those in need. He is a respected member of the attorney community. I would highly recommend him as would anyone who has ever met him.
