Mr. McCleary's "no nonsense" approach really helped me understand the law. He is very knowledgeable about all of the ways that proper estate planning can help avoid probate problems and save a person thousands of dollars. He is very down to earth, and his prices are much more reasonable than other attorneys I contacted. He had a casual style that made me feel very comfortable. And he was much more well-informed about tips and "tricks" on how to save money with trusts, etc. He does much better than a fancy high-priced firm for a much lower fee. I highly recommend him to help figure out your Will or Trust, etc.
