Bills were sent without any prior explanation of fee structure. Tasks were agreed to be be completed by the firm 3 months ago, but never confirmed as being completed. Requests for status have not been responded to. Requested action 6 weeks ago - got billed - but no communication that any action has been taken per request. Firm is non-responsive to requests for status to my requests as a client. Do NOT recommend. Stay away from this firm. Awful.

He only cared about making money off of me. He didn't care about me and my situation. He didnt even take care of everything like he said. But he charged me for it. I'm sure there are good lawyers out there somewhere. Not this one. It's a shame. Not sure how you sleep at night.

Mr. Kimball started a domino effect executing a simple will, he did not read through it before giving it to me. There was a new will attached to the back of the old. Ending result, wrong executor. When I called with questions, I had to deal with an assistant who was there only weeks, who provided me with wrong information. This caused a beehive of activity within the family. Ended up firing this firm and hired another. Again, a simple will with no assets. Just a bank account balance.
