Five is not enough stars IMO for Mr. Stanley. He was thorough from the second we walked into his offices. Making a scared family feel as though they are being taken care of by someone who cares about their situation is what made this process palatable. Is he busy, Yes. Do you sometimes feel as though he might not have a lot of time to talk to you, again yes. But he is not rude. He is just to the point and factual. I still trust this gentleman with just about anything because he is steadfast and unwavering. Not to mention an absolutely brilliant attorney. Thank you Frank.

Frank is one of the most kind people I have come in contact with. The fact that from the beginning of us meeting, he never made me feel judged. It was the total opposite. He is straight forward, and gave me the most uplifting words. You get what you pay for, and I would recommend him to anyone. He has the experience, the knowledge, very well known, and has the confidence. Thank you Frank!

In June, 2016, it will have been 3 years since my sister and I sat in Attorney Stanley's office to discuss my brother's case. At that time, we were filled with so much hope because we thought he would be able to help him. During this time span, we paid him thousands and thousands of dollars and he visited my brother in prison; traveled to the jurisdiction to review evidence held by police; filed a motion in the jurisdiction that was denied and he filed an appeal application that was denied. Based upon communication with his office, whether it be via phone or email, I poked, prodded and begged for status on his case, for anything positive and I feel the best we got from him were a bunch of lame excuses for the compound delays. I realize that he deals with a lot of criminals, ones that have money, and maybe they don't deserve the same respect that say a divorce lawyer would give his/her client. Or maybe my brother's case wasn't high profile enough for Attorney Stanley to put his "all" into. Due to the nature of my brother's crime, I feel getting justice for him would not make a positive addition to his "successful cases" outlined on his website. When we first met with him, he claimed to be a christian and with that proclamation common courtesy and respect of your client should be first and foremost. Screening and not taking my brother's calls (incoming from prison) defeated him. Does he take on too many cases? Does he work harder on the ones that have more merit and lets the not so great cases fall to the wayside? He has a right hand man/attorney in his office, "Tom", the guy who does all the research and puts the pleadings together. Tom is referred to a lot, but when Attorney Stanley's is out of the office they refuse to give you his last name and said "he doesn't talk with clients". Rebecca, his secretary, spoke condescending to me multiple times and would only give me, what I consider, lame excuses as opposed to status on the case. So I have to say, what good is Frank Stanley if he takes almost 3 years to achieve nothing? The answer to that question and to the whole experience is "NO GOOD".

As a former client and business professional who has worked with dozens of attorneys I can state with certainty that Mr. Stanley is one of the worst I had dealt with ever. He showed my case 0% effort which was verified by another attorney who I had to hire, over billed for transcripts, and did not in fact perform any type of work. When questioned he did not and would not reply. After months I was able to reclaim 1/2 of the exorbitant fee he had charged. Terrible communication, worse disposition. Though he is quick to receive money.

Mr Stanley represented my husband in a federal case. He never kept us informed of anything!! When my husband did not show for a polygraph test with the FBI, Mr Stanley informed him that he had e-mailed him the appointment schedule, he knew my husband was not allowed to use the computer so why would he e-mail him!! To your face, Mr Stanley is very gracious and sympathetic. But when you call him he acts as if you are intruding upon his time. We never received an itemized bill of his time. Another attorney made the comment to us, that for the amount of paperwork Mr Stanley filed, we were overcharged! Mr Stanley is more concerned about his own reputation than about defending his paying clients. Hiring Mr Stanley was a disappointment and I feel he really preys upon the vulnerability and ignorance of people. I would not only NOT recommend Mr Stanley, I would strongly discourage it!!!

Mr. Stanley represented my friend after I recomended him and he did an excellent job. I know being a lawyer it is not his job to be a social worker but he was very helpful to my family in keeping us informed on what we could reasticly expect and where the process was with the case at all times. He was originally offered an excellent plea bargain which I know was due to Mr. Stanley's knowledge of the law, connections and reuptation. In this case it really does matter who you now. I would recomend him to anyone and am very grateful for the job he did.

I hired Frank Stanley to represent my son. Mr Stanley had always returned my phone calls, but he was not helpful, he did not provide me with any legal advice nor gave me a consultation. I had to call other attorneys for help and used AVVO for legal advice. Mr.Stanley could not provide even simplest recommendations, like how to use a NETWORK 180, or how to do mental evaluation. Mr.Stanley had never filed his appearance with the court to represent my son, not he ever met my son, however he was quick to retain $2,500 from my retainer money. He never provided me with itemized bill for this charge. In his agreement he stated that he will return my deposit if my son would chose not to have an attorney, but it never happened. It seems too steep for 45 min of initial consultation, that was supposed to be free. Very unprofessional, and unethical. Would NOT recommend him to anybody. P.S. It took me three months to collect my money back.

Frank will work hard for you. He is well respected in many court rooms in many different counties. He will tell you from the start that he wont do anything immoral or illegal. Yet, if you were wrongly accused, the law wasn't applied properly or a plea bargain is in the works, Frank will find it and work his tail off for you. He does frustrate people, at least he did with me, when he doesn't always respond to questions right away, however, I learned that there is nothing new to report during this time, not that he isn't working on your case. His office staff is small but efficient, and a backbone to his practice. They are always willing to talk to you. Frank will quote you a price and doesn't try to overcharge you for every time you want to talk with him. You pay for his knowledge and reputation, but you are getting the best. Yes, I really am a former client, and no, I was not paid to write this. I am free thanks to Frank and the Grace of God.
