Use Richard Kessler instead of Robert. Please do not use Robert Mirque for your immigration case. Me and my wife have had nothing but trouble and headaches for 2 years with him now. He didn’t tell us that we could do an inquiry on our K1 visa after 6 months of filing. He lost our RFE paperwork and we had to resend it which made our case take longer. USCIS never received our Green Card application and I couldn’t get Robert on the phone or email for 2 1/2 months. I’m currently suing him for attorney malpractice so save yourself the headache and go with Richard Kessler instead.
