Bernard Schaefer has represented me for civil and family court issues. He is caring, extremely experienced in court, trustworthy, anticipates barriers and moves you over the hurdles. Mr. Scaefer is professional, fierce in court, and put his foot down when many different entities tried to push me around. Mr. Schaefer is in control and not intimidated by anyone including other lawyers and even the judge. I have been in court with Bernard at least a dozen times... they say "you can't win them all"...but he has won them all for me! If I need a lawyer, Bernard is my 1st choice

Mr. Schaefer has provided legal services for my family for over 20 years. He did the legal work for me and my wife to establish a plan to purchase our hair salon. He also in most recent years provided services helping me obtain Patient Advocacy, Power of Attorney and the transfer of property assets of my ageing mother who, eventually could not make decisions for herself and she eventually passed away. Mr. Schaefer made things much easier to deal with managing the care of a parent. Mr. Schaefer is an attorney the I would highly recommend to handle your legal needs.

A contractor filed a frivolous lawsuit against us, which the Court would not dismiss. We hired Mr. Schaefer to represent us in the court proceedings. Mr. Schaefer not only won our case at trial but also won our counter suit for poor workmanship. Mr. Schaefer also convinced the judge it was in fact frivolous and we were reimbursed for most of our attorney fees. We have since hired him to handle our business and estate matters. We are extremely happy with his services and his fees.

My paychecks were getting garnished, so I asked Mr. Schaefer to help me. He filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and even got most of my money back. His fee was very reasonable which he let me pay in installments. His service was excellent and I will be using him again for any legal services.
