I highly recommend Mike Toburen Law. He helped me with my child custody case, as I gained full custody of my son. He offers free consultation and reasonable retainer fees. He was very kind, professional, and explained all of the steps of the process very thoroughly. He was very honest and up front. He got back with me right away when I had questions about anything. Definitely an attorney with integrity.

Mike is the nicest lawyer I've ever had. He genuinely cares for his clients. Sometimes I wish he pushed harder, but he only pushes what he knows he can win. He has always been willing to work with me on payments. He used to be quick to answer calls, he's gotten a little more laxed the more clients he gets though. He is a great guy. As a Marine veteran, I vouch for Mike.

I was introduced to Mike by our mediator when my ex-husband and I were first starting divorce proceedings. He guided me through each step of the filing process, and explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect during this difficult time. Most importantly, he was kind and understanding, which made the whole process easier. More recently, he has helped me get new estate planning documents in place. It was nice to be able to work with someone who already knew me and my personal history. And now I have the peace of mind knowing that my will and durable power of attorney is in place.

Mike handled my father's estate. He explained everything very well - everything went exactly as he had explained.
