From Day 1 my experience with Tim Holland and his awesome staff was magnificent. I had a very complicated unique case that took an over the top expert attorney to handle, Tim Holland did that and more! When I communicated with Tim Holland (and his awesome staff) I was made me feel as though I was their only client. I was always kept up to date on the status of my case, what to expect, when to expect, and what they expected from me. There were absolutely no surprises as the communication was off the charts. Tim and his staff were always kind, caring and had a sincere interest in my Mental and General well being. An example- During my case I became overwhelmed with the paperwork (mail) that I was receiving daily from Dr's, hospitals, Insurance companies, etc. One of his staff Megan (on her day off) came and met me at their office and copied and sorted everything for me. Words cannot express how much that helped me (mentally), I slept well that night. As Caring as Tim Holland (and his staff) was, when it came time to fight for me and my interests he was always right there and did everything plus that I could have expected. Tim Holland and his staff excelled in everything from communication, (promptly answering calls, emails, etc.), explaining things to me in layman terms, and the (most important) a resolution I was happy with.
