Not very helpful

Really bad experience. Went there with my son We set down waiting to be called in, there was a man trying to get help on some direction on a child custody but the women at the window said they don’t help with that, this man was bagging for help they turn him away, the sadness on the man face was as he had no hope. My son was called, right away they wouldn’t let me come back with him he was battling with the same thing came out very sad looking hopeless. This place is not helpful at all, I know my son needed help but we couldn’t afford a lawyer. This was so sad to see, two young man crying for help for almost the same thing but getting shut down. What is legal Aid is for, so far I just seen no help from legal Aid and for that man and my son they felt no hope.
