If I could give zero stars I would. This guy has done nothing but make my life miserable. Stay far far away if you know what’s good for you, Mr. McInerney certainly does not.

He abandoned his own family… Left his family ….. . He is a complete lying, cheating, delusional jerk. The worst excuse for a human being !

Warning this guy is absolutely ridiculous he will not do what he says he will literally throw you under the bus this is the worst lawyer you could possibly use I have no idea how this guy sleeps at night he is in no way going to do what he says he loves your money an will be on vacation with it go any where else this guy is absolutely terrible total lies took my money an did absolutely nothing for it total crook YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was an emotional wreck when I first contacted this attorney. I had prior convictions and the new charges against me had the potential of putting me behind bars for a very long time. Mr. McInerney asked questions and answered the many questions I had and by the time the first phone call ended I was so much calmer. Long story short, he spent a lot of time getting me through this ordeal, he knew his stuff and the results were incredible. Grateful also for his faith in my ability to make payments on my fee. Paid in full today!

This guy saved my life! The court trumped everything up on my case to 9 felonies for simply being 5 days late returning a rental vehicle!. And I have only misdemeanors on my record! He is pricey as all good lawyers should be. But really, what price do you put on your record and your freedom? If I would have stayed with court appointed, I would still probably be in jail or worse, prison! Hopefully, I will never be in such a serious situation with the court again, but if I am, I know who my first call will be to. Thank you again, Michael and please continue fighting so aggressively for your client's rights!

I believe he's a good criminal lawyer but lacks on the driving law aspect. When the plea was offered I asked what punishment came with it. What he told me and what I got were two different things. When I signed up with him I told him the main goal and well that didn't happen. Seemed scared to go any route but plea. If he couldn't or wouldn't do what I wanted him to I would have hired someone else. If he was more up on the driving law (criminal and driving are separate now) and told me what was going to actually occur if I plead to what I did, I would have never accepted it. If he didn't make it sound like he knew what he was doing with the consultation I wouldn't have hired him. If you're up for anything driving related go somewhere else. Talked to three other lawyers since conviction and well he wasn't knowledgeable in the area for sure.

Mac took the time to find out everything about my case including who I am and what my needs are. He will treat you like a human being, not his next paycheck. He does everything he can to make sure you will understand every step in the process and feel as comfortable as possible. I hope to never need another attorney again, but if I do, he will be the only one I call.

Very professional, kept me OUT of jail, took my calls day or niggt, had a great payment plan for us, and I would personally recommend Mr. MCINERNEY to any relative of mine. Great guy, great help, and was always there for me and my wife.

Very helpful and informative, worked with us on a payment plan, and made sure I stayed out of jail. He was always available day or night and if he didn't answer he always called back immediately. Helped me (a disabled combat veteran) with everything I needed. A great lawyer and a great man. I would recommend Mr.MCINERNEY to my relatives and God forbid if I needed his help again I wouldn't hesitate.
