I was in a car accident and I was injured so I turned to an attorney at Michigan Auto Law to see what the law would afford me. Brandon was the lawyer of my choice and he did great with my case. He kept very close contact with me and he kept me updated and informed. The communication with him was great. If I couldn’t get a hold of him right away over the phone, he would always call me back quickly. He treated me excellent, first class as a matter of fact. He gave me all of my options and he did exactly what I wanted him to do. I didn’t want a long drawn out lawsuit, and Brandon made the settlement quick and easy. I’m very happy with the amount Brandon got for my injuries and the way he treated me throughout the lawsuit. I would recommend him highly. I know I can still call on Brandon whenever I need anything.

After being hit by a car my a delivery driver, I hired Brandon to handle my case. He does not keep me updated- I hear from him once every three months if I'm lucky. When I call and try to get updates, his secretary informs me he's not available, but when I ask when he will be, she simply says "I don't know". So, on top of not taking initiative to keep me informed he is a hard person to get ahold of. Even after leaving voicemails, his average response time seems to be a week. Most concerning is his being adamant that my settlement check has "been in the mail" for three weeks. This is after I sent him my power of attorney form to accept a settlement MONTHS ago. If you care about timeliness, honesty, and communication with your attorney, hire anyone but Brandon Hewitt.

I was the third person from the stop light on Cherry Hill on Telegraph. I was waiting for the light to turn green and I was rear ended from the back at 40 miles per hour. I was taken to the emergency room with a mild concussion. I had concussive effects. There are some quirks and constraints with the Michigan law regarding car accidents and this firm is even very proactive in getting legislation changed in favor of injured plaintiffs. It makes me happy to see they’re working to change what needs to be changed rather than just shrugging their shoulders and treating people like a file number. Overall I’m very pleased with Michigan Auto Law and the representation from Brandon for everything they were able to do. I would recommend them to anybody.

Brandon Hewitt is a very friendly, capable and assertive lawyer. He was able to get me a pain and suffering settlement after I was rear ended in a car accident and sustained severe neck and back pain.
