Do NOT waste your money! Not only did Mr Lykins take my money and ignore my texts and emails, but he got me the hardest sentence. Very little communication with this guy, otherwise it’s HIS way only. He doesn’t take anything else into consideration except continuing to tell me that he’s “very busy” with another case. Again, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! You’re better off with a public defender.

Jerry Lykins helped me get through a serious case a couple years back and my life is very different from where I was then and where I am now. He was very thorough and kind and understanding and got me an amazing result for what I was facing at the time. I am very thankful for where I am in my life and the outcome could have been so much worse if I had not worked with him. I highly recommend him for anyone facing a difficult court case, he will not disappoint. Had a general question about getting some clarity on Michigan Law and discussed that with Jerry.. he was very unprofessional and declined discussing anything further with me after it had become clear that i was African American dealing with a criminal case... it is 2021 and Jerry needs some additional training on diversity, this was highly disappointing to see and hear and speaks volumes to the firm.
