Patrick reviewed our existing construction contracts. He had a vast amount of knowledge to contribute. Once reviewed, he did a great job explaining what was lacking and what needed to be revised. He also did a great job explaining the WHY of the recommended changes. He was very thorough and added a lot of necessary content, while provided a good turn around time.

We have a lease termination issue that required swift reaction. Patrick is extremely responsive and - from our layman's perspective - very competent and pragmatic. He also follows through and remains available for follow up questions without having "the meter running" at all times. While the issue is not resolved yet, the first battle was won with Pat's help.
