I am so glad that I used this firm when I was injured by a driver using drugs. Not only was everything taken care of by Bryan and his staff, I was lucky enough to have his expertise on bicycle cost replacement. If that wasn't enough, I was contacted about the webinar concerning the new Michigan auto insurance. Tom did a great job explaining all the consequences. I have told many friends to find it on YouTube or Facebook. When I called the firm, I was able to have copies of their booklets sent to share with friends and relatives. I am impressed by the civicmindednes of the firm.

Tom put together an excellent presentation of the changes to Michigan’s 2020 auto insurance. There is just so MUCH information to absorb and merits further investigation. Making the right decision on Liability and Umbrella amounts will be key to our future needs and Tom did well to share the information at the virtual presentation.. It will be interesting to see if residents of MI will actually save money on auto insurance and have sufficient coverage to last their lifetime in the event they are SEVERELY injured in an auto accident. Tom presented the information clearly and it is now up to each of us to make sure that we are covered adequately.

Very clearly explained using the two-hand example. I reviewed your brochure regarding changes, but this webinar explained it more clearly including Mike's perspective as an agent. As a Medicate recipient I was most interested in the opting out provision, that I will not do following the cautionary advise. The side-by-side was very helpful. The questions were excellent as well.
