when no one would step up to the plate and take my case, bill did and hit a home run !!!!!!!

Bill Failey did a great job for me after my motorcycle accident. I was very happy with my experience. Anytime I needed something all I had to do was call. If he wasn't there or available he always called me back right away. Everything with my case was handled in quick time frame. And I received all the money I deserved.

Sat on my case then 7 mos. later decides he doesn't want to take it. He did nothing and no communication with me meanwhile I sent him documents. He never returned documents never apologised or provided any reasoning for his behavior or lack of. Dont use this attorney fir anything since he promised to represent me, then did nothing all the time I believed he was working on my case which was personal injury. When you are hurt and you trust an attorney who promised to work on your case and doesn't--you feel cheated and deceived which I do and adds to your injuries. I do not recommend this man at all. He is an liar. He is dishonest. And this man should not be able to practice law in this state.
