I was very disappointed with the character of my personal injury attorney, so I talked to some friends who recommended Tom's firm. Tom and his amazing associates and staff were caring, compassionate and professional from the first moment we spoke. Tom is extremely thorough. When we would talk, he would make sure that I understood everything, not just rush through so he could move on to his next task. He is also very attentive. When we spoke or met, it was very obvious that I was his main concern. During the preparation for my trial, I had some serious doubts, as I had never been in a situation like that before, but Tom took the time, on more than one occasion, to explain the process, possibilities and documentation to help me understand and make an informed decision. He was able to take me from feeling unsure about myself and my case, to feeling like the confident woman he could see. Tom, his associates and staff, along with our witnesses that they expertly prepared, presented a fact-based, honest court case that resulted in a win for us! Thomas Sinas and his team of attorneys are outstanding and clearly some of the best in the field of bicycle accident law, based on our experience. Well let me start off by saying I've had two previous lawyers before this man I was recommended by my second lawyer to this guy because my lawyer at the time failed to get my case going and running up to par so this man went back through and got all my medical records scheduled me doctors appointments make sure all my calls were answered and my questions were answered I never felt in the dark when it comes to questions about my case he updated me regularly hey jump through obstacles and hoops like they weren't even there and got you the money that I deserved in a timely fashion they say you can't trust lawyers while this lawyer is definitely trustworthy and is very admirable his staff is very dependable and like I said this or jump through hoops and obstacles and got me my money that I deserved who are two other previous lawyers could not one of which being Sam Bernstein Attorney at Law so if I have to say anything if you are hurt in a motorcycle or vehicle accident this is definitely the lawyer to see you will have no problems and you will know what you're getting yourself into this is a lawyer to go see I highly recommend him

I was referred to Sinas Dramis Law Firm in 2011 following an auto collision in which I sustained several injuries. Originally, my case was assigned to another attorney at the firm, but Tom took over when the extent of my injuries became more apparent. Throughout the next couple of years, he consistently exhibited patience, integrity, and sincere concern for my well-being. After working with the Sinas Dramis firm, I honestly don't know how any victim of a collision can know her or his rights without having an attorney! The laws are so confusing, but Tom and his firm are experts in this field! My husband and I felt a relief knowing Tom would do his absolute best. My husband and I were blessed to have Tim take our case and take care of us. We had to bring our kids a couple of times, Tom didn't mind one bit, he understood that we couldn't always get a sitter. We felt that Tom definitely went above and beyond.
