We were referred to Sinas Dramis Law Firm for a personal injury case by another practicing attorney who felt that this firm would be better suited to assist us in our claim. Thomas Sinas was amazing from the start. He went out of his way to come to us on our schedule rather than insisting we make the trip to his office, which is well over an hour away. His legal assistant, Denise, and his paralegal, Kayleigh, we always both very helpful, patient, and thorough in everything they did. Tom never once told us what we "should" do, rather he would offer suggestions and opinions but ultimately leave every choice in our case up to us. He persisted and he demanded nothing but fairness for us and our situation. Everyone in this office did everything they could to make this time of our lives as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Our experience with Sinas Dramis was extremely positive given the nature of the situation we were in to acquire professional representation. I found Jim Champion through a friend, she reassured me that he was a great attorney. Jim met us the same day my husband was released on bond and walked us through the process. He was very accessible and answered all our questions. My husband was charged with super drunk and operating while intoxicated. Jim was able to meet with district attorney and get the super drunk charge dropped, which helped my husband avoid jail time. I will forever be in his debt for what he did for our family. Jim also took the time after the sentencing to talk with my husband and counsel him on what this really meant. He told him to take this experience and make positive changes. Jim was truly a blessing to our family, very skilled, considerate and capable. I highly recommend him to any family in need.

I was in a motorcycle accident caused by a drunk driver in a car. I broke both of my femurs, my left hip, my pelvis, a rib, and cracked my skull in two places. My brain bled and swelled from the accident. My brain injury made me lose the ability to think for over a month. I couldn’t even remember my friends, family, or my loved one. Luckily my injuries have healed but with a lot of hard work. I had to live in a rehab hospital for 2 months, and have now not been able to go back to work for 7 months. I appreciate the chance to review the law office of James Champion. Jim was a former student of mine. I was his Dean of students at a large high school. Scheduled to fly to Bangkok with a no refund on my ticket, I called upon Jim for advice after being charged with a DUI by an over zealous local police officer. He advised I follow exactly what the presiding judge noted I needed to do before my official arraignment, moved up because of my upcoming flight. Jim traveled across the state to attend my hearing and offered stellar advice and a commitment to help me in my defense. He declined my offer to stay in a local motel to reduce his travel time. He then traveled the second time across the state to attend my appearance before the judge. Mr. Champion explained my case, and suggested in court, that as a student, I had helped him through some difficult times. His difficult times were not very troublesome. However, he was being a teenager. The court ruled that the DUI be dropped, minimal fees to be paid and twenty hours of community service to be accomplished before my travel dates. All conditions were accepted and met. Jim refused payment for his service as favors done for favors done. I did manage to reimburse him as he drove away on the October afternoon. Mr. Champion was, and is, professional, skilled and accomplished in his presentations before the court. Moreover, he personalizes and provides relevant support case by case.

Our family had a unique situation and sort of long relationship with Tom Sinas and his staff. I was in an auto accident and was fortunately referred to Tom. We were in the home stretch of settling my case when my daughter was in a near fatal auto accident and he took on her case. Tom, Denise, Kayleigh and Dan went above and beyond for my family during the most tragic time. On top of the 2 auto accidents my husband had leukemia, his health was diminishing. Knowing they were diligently working on our cases allowed me to care for my husband and daughter who were both fighting for their lives. My daughter did survive and is doing well, my husband lost his battle with Cancer. Normally you wouldn't expect to see your attorney at your spouses funeral, Tom was there.
