Amy was excellent in cleaning up a mess from previous attorney. I would strongly recommend her

I have used Amy many times and she has kicked ass every time for me and my kids,she worked with me on the money and I could call or text her anytime at no charge because she wanted to help me and not let my ex screw me over money wise and keeping my kids.!!! SHE IS A SAVIOR THAT I STILL STOP IN AT TIMES TO LET HER KNOW THINGS ARE GOING IM GLAD TO KNOW HER AND JER HUSBAND JOHN ...!!!!!

Wonderful attorney who will fight for you and your family. She will call and talk to you any time about your case. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I am absolutely shocked at the reviews I am reading because that is not how I remember the woman that saved my life. Before Amy came into my life, I was a high school dropout drug dealer that was in-and-out of jail. When I was 19 years old, I made a tragic series of bad choices that landed me looking at 3-20 years in prison. She went to bat for me on all fronts. Working with my probation officer to get me into the RIGHT rehab and close out my existing probation sentence before I made my plea. Working with the judge to convince him that I was worth going outside of my mandatory minimum 3 years, and speaking with the Prosecutor to allow me to plea No Contest. I got 3 months with time served and 3 years probation. When I was in rehab and needed permission to go to church, to get baptized, or attend family events - she was there. When I was sentenced on December 21, she worked with the jail to get me out of intake so that I could visit with my mom and dad on Christmas, which changed everything for me to hear my dad say he was proud of me at that turning point in my life. She worked with the jail to get me into the honor camp, so that I could get my GED; which is how I was able to even go to college. She even visited me several times in jail and rehab just to make sure I wasn't screwing around making my life worse. If I had gone to prison, I can't say with any certainty that I would be a drug-free, top of my class - college graduate, pursuing a law degree myself. I'm more confident that I would not be alive right now. Just writing this has me pretty choked up almost in tears because I just can't fathom where I would be today if it wasn't for her. I owe everything that I am today to her work. My family and I paid a decent amount of money, but my life would have been dramatically different if I had not had Amy. You just can't put a price on freedom. You can't put a price on having someone go to bat for you in such a profound life-changing way. I'm absolutely without words to describe my gratitude.

I am so satisfied with the services Amy assisted me with she was very thorough in assuring that my case was handled and fought with true concern for my well being. And I had the best outcome ever she won my case for me!!!! Thank you Amy you are the greatest!

I hired Amy over 3 years ago to help me with a settlement from my ex that was written in our divorce decree 20 years ago. Amy was very knowledgeable about how the divorce document SHOULD have been written, and told me I was pretty much taken advantage of. She fought for me, and wouldn't accept NO for an answer. This went on for two years, and I finally got my settlement a year ago. I feel she is very fair financially, and she waited to get paid when I got my settlement, which I did get finally, on MY terms! I'm shocked at the negative comments here about Amy.

I felt the need to post in that the other 2 reviews do not remotely reflect my experience with Amy Rademacher. I thought Amy's rate was extremely fair and well below what other attorneys would have charged. her advice was solid and reasonable and focused on my needs. She was clearly familiar with and respected by the Circuit court judges and prosecutors which makes all the difference in terms of negotiations and pleas. I would not hesitate to hire her again and strongly recommend her.

she cares about money and trying to win at any cost. we lost and it cost a lot. My ex is very angry as she made wild accusations even I thought were out of line an wouldn't help. But she thought she could nail him, but it failed. He got most of what he wanted. Amy got most of what she wanted in the legal bill. I would recommend another attorney who delivers and is more honest. That is what I needed. It was a total wase of money.
