Very unprofessional.

They garnished my bank account and funds after My 341 meeting was declared they are heartless and have no compassion for human kind and everything is all About a dollar with them

These people are CROOKS!!!! Last month (Edit: January 2022) on a check that I had extra income on, they took $1,022.67, which was the FULL amount of the judgment they have against me. So the next check had no garnishment and now (Edit: February 2022) on the following check, they garnish $456.00. When I called to determine what it was for, it’s the EXACT same $1,022.67 judgment that they collected for LAST month. I told these crooks that they have 7 days to refund me my money PLUS interest or I will sue them. (Edit: They paid me nearly a month later and they didn’t give me the full amount, they deducted some fraudulent “court costs”, I should have gone ahead and sued them then. They won’t be so lucky this time.) Update (5/28/2022): As you can see above, I edited to show that the initial post was in February and referenced January as well… so April 15th, I filed my joint state of Michigan income tax (with my wife), as a part time resident of the state last year, (we moved to Louisiana in August of 2021) and today, I get a letter in Louisiana that the state of Michigan is withholding our refund for the SAME crooks and for the SAME debt, that has been FULLY paid for over 4 months! They WILL be getting sued now, there is simply NO legal defense that they can claim that they did NOT have enough time to tell the state in April that I had paid it off in full, 3 months prior. I am out for blood, I will try to put these crooks into bankruptcy and out of business so they can never hurt another person… I say this, as politely as I can: F*** Velo Law Firm!

Tried setting up a payment plan. They denied me. Missed one payment and they went straight to garnishing me.. these people are of no help..

Very unprofessional. Even after they take out the said amount that they are garnishing you for. They continue to take money out of your check and then just say on the phone it is how they do business. They say if there is an overpayment they send the money back to your employer. They are very rude. I had one person on the line get mad at me and tell me I could go to jail for saying I hated myself. They told me it was illegal to say I hated myself and that I could go to prison for it. Also told me that if I said the word Human I can go to prison for that to because it is illegal and discrimitive. Wow just wow. Avoid these HUMANS at all costs.

Had an old debt that was sent to this Collections Agency. When I was contacted, they were very helpful and worked with me on a payment plan. They stuck to it and never touched my wages or took me to court. I am sure everyone else that left a bad review here tried dodging them which is why they were taken to court or had their wages garnished.
