Horrible service! Hung up on me when I asked questions. Wrong last name and wrong address!! Will not talk to me over the phone I have to mail all my PRIVATE information to them. Trying to get me for a 3k medical bill that the hospital even says there is no record of!

Absolutely horrible in every way. Total scam. Will not give me information on what they claim I owe or how. Rude and awful. Truly will illegally garnish wages on a supposed 4 year old debt under 2k without any kinds of court procedure. Never had a chance to defend myself. Had my name misspelt and address all wrong (I’m sure intentionally). Disgusting business practice. How do they sleep at night?

Biggest bunch of unprofessional ***carts you'll ever deal with! I had paid the debt off to the debtor (dr. office) Dr. office provided Velo a copy of payment, they "never received it magicly".. Had their "server guy" trying to keep serving me and calling to find me, I explained the debt was paid. He was very rude, cussed, threatened "he'd find me" on the phone, then they filed it with small claims anyway!! I was credited for the debt, but left with court fees of $238, then they immediately contacted my employer to garnish right away. Wouldn't want to be them when the karma bus comes around. Real pieces of work they are!

This office is a scam! They called me this morning claiming i held a debt with them from my local bank. When i made contact with my local bank they told me they were contacting local authorities as this is a scam. I have never held an account with this bank and owed them NO Money! Dont send these people anything they are just going to take you for your money!

Criminal collection practices. Violation of privacy laws and overall most unprofessional people I have ever had dealings with. They all use fake names and will hang up when they are questioned. I have never experienced a company that encourages their employees to use fake names and have no supervision whatsoever.

I would give them zero stars if i could. I paid off my debt then they stole my tax check even tho it was all paid off 4 months prior to tax season. Iv called 2 times a week for 3 months and they keep telling me the same thing. They told me they sent the IRS the form saying i paid it off back in November and iv called the IRS many times and they say they have not recived it. This place will steal your money.

On multiple occasions I contacted these crooked, thieving liers about trying to pay a bill. At one point I had all the money and said I could just come drop it off. The lady I talked to said it wasn't allowed. I asked her to send me paperwork so I could send the money in. I waited awhile and never got it. Called again, same thing, paperwork never showed. Now my wages are being garnished. If you happen to be dealing with these crooks I suggest hiring a lawyer of your own.

They are not worthy of your time or money. Do yourself a favor and find real ones. I do NOT!! recommend THEM.. ABSOLUTELY get real.. Told me that have the right to buy everyone's debt for pennies on the hundreds of dollar's I owe and anyone else for that matter and sue ea of us for the RE-PAYMENT of that MONIES owed.. Nothing like owing frank... And his big brother comes in AND says NOW!! You don't him you owe me.. Or ELSE? Kinda like an extortion ring? But only legal folks..
