Tried contacting them multiple times they refuse to have any contact with me unless I send them a letter saying it's ok to talk to me I sent you guys a letter and you claim you never received a letter so I'm not getting anywhere with you guys whatsoever I will be contacting my own private attorney in regards to this matter there is no excuse to this at all!!!!!!!!!! Maybe an actual trip to your office will get the job done

Never dealt with a more scam of a company in my life . I am usually pretty cool headed but when I tell you I made a mistake on payment and you take my money and run and tell me there is nothing you can do then I’m questioning your morals . Your full of it and you should not call yourself a law office. Do not deal with this company.

Velho law is the worst to deal with. They failed to keep record of payments I set up with them and now they are saying the payments weren’t made. They refused to talk to me after beginning garnishing. Their communication is horrible and they are downright evil. I hope nobody had to deal with them!! If there was a lower star rating I would give them it.

I’ve been keeping in contact with them and trying to get something settled but they only take paperwork through the mail, had my information I an envelope and mailed it to them and they never received it. Now I have a garnishment for my wages while I’ve been trying for months to get it taken care of. Not once was it mentioned to me about the wage garnishment while being on the phone with them. Horrible place to “try” to work with.

I had a judgment against me with out being notified. I had my wages garnished until it was satisfied. Then two months later I get another chunk of money out of my check due to garnishment, even tho the amount including fees and interest were paid. When I contacted Veto, the lady was very nice but she didn’t have any information to give me other than I owed still even tho I paid what was disputed. She told me “I don’t have access to the system that tells me this information”. Little did they know I have a lawyer already and plan on having him investigate this to see if I have a case against them. IF YOU GET SUED OR HAVE TO DO BUSINESS WITH VETO LAW OFFICES…PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GET A LAWYER, THEY WILL KEEP TAKING MONEY FROM YOU AFTER YOUR SAID JUDGMENT IS PAID IN FULL. Good luck!

Omg I am very disappointed with this law firm I spoke two 3 people and only one of them was nice to me and was willing to help me with information to get my bill taken care of by my insurance company. the other two were just plain rude they didn’t want to help me or answer my questions or try to get my case resolved but just gave me a hard time. one of the representatives which was a white man who took my call at approximately 8:30am or 8:40am on 4/26/2022 hung up in my face due to me asking could I talk to a supervisor because he didn’t have my best interest in helping me. This law firm is trying to garnish my checks even when I provided my insurance information. my insurance never received a claim from this law firm and they are trying to get this bill resolved by paying the whole bill none of this should have led to this when I was fully covered by my insurance in 2020 and still covered. The vibe that I am getting from these representatives is that they are trying to bring people down and not take their money by garnishing their checks and not explain to the client that even when their check is garnished and the whole bill gets paid by the insurance which means that they will be over paid they don’t want to speak on that or removing the bill off my credit. I also filled out a claim providing my insurance information to this law firm and the representative didn’t want to talk about the information that I provided and the process and the next steps he just was plain rude arrogant and mean and he deserves to be fired.
